This design for the administration building and dessert shop of CELEBIOGULLARI Food Industry Company is inspired by the delicate layers of phyllo dough used to make baklava, one of Turkey’s most celebrated desserts. The architectural concept translates these thin, overlapping layers into a dynamic composition of glass and structural forms, symbolizing craftsmanship, precision, and transparency.
The façade’s flowing geometry reflects the elegance of dessert making, while the play of light and shadow evokes the golden tones of baklava. Columns and arches are integrated into the design, drawing inspiration from Gaziantep’s historic markets, ensuring harmony between tradition and modern expression. The building connects seamlessly to the staff facilities and factory, creating a unified visual identity that celebrates both heritage and innovation.
